School Day
Our school day begins at 8:45 a.m. and finishes at 3:15 p.m. The children have a morning break for fifteen minutes every day, usually from 10:30 - 10:45am, but this sometimes changes depending on other events taking place. There is a daily assembly but these vary in nature and timings throughout the week. On a Monday we begin the week with a whole school assembly, and on a Friday afternoon we close the week with our Celebration Assembly. Other assemblies throughout the week are led by teachers or visitors and are whole school, year group or class based. Our lunch break is from 12:00 noon until 12:55 p.m.
Our doors open for the children at 8:35am to enable them to be ready for the start of the day. Please note that children should not arrive before this time as the school is unable to provide supervision. We do, however, have a breakfast club running from 7:30am. Details are available from the School Office.
If you meet your child at the end of the school day, please arrange to meet at either of our Parent Waiting Areas. In an emergency, the school will be happy to look after your child until an adult can collect him/her, as we would not send a child home in the knowledge that there was no-one there. However, this provision is only offered to parents who are faced with exceptional circumstances. If you require regular after school care, we have a Wraparound Club which runs until 5.45p.m. Details are available from the school office. Various clubs are available after school, but please be aware that these do not run all weeks of the school year so these cannot be relied upon for childcare.

We do have a range of after school clubs which can be booked on a termly basis (please note these do not run every week so should not relied on for childcare).
